Website Build Process

• Your Project Coordinator (PC) will send an outreach email requesting to complete our onboarding forms (unless already completed).
• A Kick-Off Call will be scheduled by your PC once the forms are completed.

• Complete the onboarding form prior to the Kick-Off Call.
• On the Kick-Off Call, you'll need to provide:
  • Your homepage design thoughts.
  • Your Domain ownership details.
  • Grant access to your Google Accounts (GA, GSC).
  • Third Party Integrations (Chat, CRM, etc.)

We will begin building your website, including:

• Homepage development
• Content migration
• Inventory setup
• Domain setup
• Google Analytics setup

• Your Inventory Project Coordinator (IPC) will reach out to begin your inventory setup. Please respond promptly to help ensure your inventory ordering process is completed on time.

• Your PC provides a staging URL to review.
• Your IPC will schedule a Review Call, including the PC.

• Review the staging site promptly & gather any edits you may have for your new site.

• Your PC & IPC will gather your final edits.

• Submit all final edits no later than one week prior to the launch date.

• Your PC will complete all submitted edits.
• Final quality assurance checks are completed.

• Sign and return the Launch Authorization form provided by your PC.
