Quick Connect's 3-Step Process:

Lead Driver Quick Connect is an integration that captures customer info when a lead is submitted on the dealership website (or other lead collection method) and immediately initiates a phone call to the phone number in the lead, connecting it to a line at the dealership.

How It Works

Quick Connect receives leads via auto-lead data formatted (ADF) email from a website (DealerOn or other) or from any third party (e.g., Gubagoo). The lead is then processed, and IF it contains a phone number, a call is made to the Sales phone number(s) at the dealership. If a salesperson accepts the call, they are provided with a brief summary of the lead (customer name, vehicle of interest if captured), and can then initiate a call with the customer to answer questions or schedule an appointment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can the call scripts, also known as whisper dial, be customized?

Some of the call scripts can be customized per dealer (2nd whisper and text message). The initial whisper to the agency cannot be customized. It currently says "You have a new lead, press 1 to continue."

What is the difference between Call Drip and Quick Connect?

We do not charge for number of leads, users, or send text messages. Call Drip charges and is our biggest competitor.

Can Quick Connect be used on non-Automotive websites?

Yes. Any product that needs leads in any industry you can think of.
